It is important to realize that the stigma needs to be taken out of mental health diagnosis and children's behavioral issues. Children and teenagers suffer from the pain of mental health, family dysfunction, and traumatic experiences along with adults. It is important to realize that every day might not be good but there is good in every day, even when you are struggling with mental health issues. —Ami Riegel

Imagine that I'm drawing a line on a piece of paper. At one end is peace and at the other end is disturbance. If you say you want to move from disturbance toward peace, it seems obvious that you must first give up disturbance. Yet most of us have a hard time letting go because we insist on remaining focused on what disturbs us. We keep dwelling on the wrong end of the line. —Swami Kripalvananda
